Peer Support

The door is open.

If you're going through a hard time with tinnitus — especially if it feels like more than just a sound problem — you can book a free call at the weekend. This is peer support from lived experience, not therapy or medical advice.

What to expect

  • Audio only

No video. You don't have to be seen. You can be wherever is comfortable.

  • Anonymous on both sides

You don't need to give your name. What is said stays between you.

  • Completely free

There is no charge, no subscription, and no follow-up sales.

  • Weekends only

Calls are available Saturday and Sunday. You choose a time that works for you.

  • Not medical advice

This is peer support from lived experience. It is not clinical care.

Booking is via Cal.com. No account required.

If you're in crisis

Peer support is not crisis intervention. If you are feeling unsafe or in urgent distress, please use a service that is appropriate for your country and situation.

  • Find a crisis line by country

Use a country-based directory to find the correct crisis, suicide, or emotional support service where you live.

  • If you are in immediate danger

Contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. Emergency numbers differ by country.

You don't have to explain yourself or justify why you're struggling. You just have to want to talk to someone who has been there. That's enough.
